I've gotten 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th place finishes in the past three years I've attended Nationals.

4th in wright stuff this year. first time at nationals and last year of SO. couldnt ask for anything more to end my last year.

Thats great. Wright stuff is a hard event to medal in, especially at nats. Next years my last year, and I really hope we get to nats again. We have almost the same team that got 6th in nats in B division 3 years ago, so I know we can do it.

I got a 3rd place medal in Ecology (B Division) this year. It was pretty funny because I had Trajectory before, and then my dad was going to drive me over (I had Ecology in the last time slot so at that time it was pouring). Then my dad calls me and tells me he forgot where he parked and I have to run over. So I walked in about a minute before it started totally drenched. Maybe I should drench myself before every event from now on .

that was our first year at nats....so we.....didn't get ANYTHING!!!! YAY!!!! XD

I'm still trying to convince my coaches that my team has a chance to go to nats. One of my coaches says that we have a 0% chance at going this year but in 2 years we WILL be going. I dont see how we have a 100% chance in 2 years and 0% now but whatever. My other coach agrees with me that we do have a slight chance at going since the top team in my state is on the decline [and coachless as of right now] It will be a challenge for us to get to nats but it think it is possible. anyway, i think if i do get the chance to go to nats this year my best shot of getting a medal will be in my best event, reach for the stars. Since it's my last year of science olympiad i hope i get the chance to go but i'm not getting my hopes up

If you go to Nats next year, could you please bring some license plates to the swap meet?

Does anyone know what the team from Massachusetts brings? I mean our state is so boring there's like nothing to bring. Our license plates are also very boring. The only thing i can think of that would be good to bring is stuff from MIT
