Did you try Wikipedia for those? The MAP page is quite good. Ignore the SVR part, you don't need that, just the DP + 1/3(SP-DP). The Cardiac page is much more complicated than you need, which is pretty much Q=SV*HR.

You will definitely need to know about the bone structure of various types of bones (long bones, short bones, etc.), which includes knowing about bone tissue - compact bone and spongy bone - and bone marrow. Be sure to study the circulation in bone, including Haversian canals, as well as the various cells with allow bones to grow and repair themselves.

What does this have to do with Anatomy?

And I do believe California's SciOly program is so large that they broke up California into two parts, North and South.
