It's kinda like the States in the U.S. each District is characterized by a trade or a product of their area. For example as Fozendog mentioned District 4 is known for fishing. And District 12 is known for coal... etc :P

District 13 suits you just fine.

Made a new team. 7th place at NH states. Officially the champions of Vermont.
