It is a shame that some of our officers have taken 92 games to realize the inconsistencies in the rules, and only after they are fixed to be in the right tense throughout. The rules will not be "fixed", you shall suffer through your own stupidity.

At this point, I see two possibilities, both of which are very possible.
1. We are wrong.
2. The Sassy isn't active.
Also, the Sassy may not necessarily be a Dr. Who fan, The Eleventh Hour is an idiom for almost too late.
