- yay - I don't know if I'll be doing SciOly, because the weird situation with our coach and all, but if I do, I hope I'll see you! xD.
You most likely will, if you're competing!

If everything works out, I'll be at the Bay Area regional, the regional tournaments in Modesto and Stockton (I think Stanislaus County and something else?), and the NorCal state tournament itself. Hope to see you all there! :D

I'm probably not doing SciOly this year, but, if I do, I'm thinking about the following: Rocks, Crime Busters, WIDI, and Experimental.

My last year of Science Olympiad.
It's like a completely new team and era with mostly 1st and 2nd yearers, but I see the team rising back to it's 2010 glory--maybe even this year--as the young team gets experience--much like the Sacramento Kings (I mean OKC), if you can tell what school I'm from with that.
Below are the events I plan to do.

Randomly found the registration form while I was bored, everyone should go the Churchill's Invite! More competition = more fun! It really is too bad, in California many teams only get to compete once or twice. Here is a chance to increase that number! Since it is an invitational, you can get a feel for your events, before regionals. And I'll be there :D http://sacramentoscienceolympiad.com/do ... tional.pdf

EDIT: I have no idea where the registration form went...you can find info here though http://www.sanjuan.edu/webpages/jjungk/ ... age=163660

Aw, I was going to contact the coordinator to see if my small army of volunteers and I could help... but that's the Saturday before our finals week and it's 2.5 hours away. :( Good luck and have fun!

I was planning on re-contacting Mr. McKee and Ms. Little regarding volunteering soon! I hope it all comes through and that I get to see you guys at competition. :D

I believe that the form that you're talking about is located at the bottom of the website; so it would be the one titled "Invitational Registration Forms". It opens up as a word document, not a pdf like before. However, I'm not sure if it's the same as the first form that you listed, but it most likely is.

looks like the Churchill (and in SoCal) Muscatel Invitationals are set to be a competition between the who's who of Northern California Science Olympiad! What role do you think "home field advantage" will play in the coming invitationals?
