We're (WW-P South) are doing nothing... partly because we lack the financial will to do so.
After 20 hours of driving, we get there Thursday late afternoon, then we go to a restaurant, then we go to the hotel. Friday = Going back and forth between the hotel and the campus to drop off stuff and performing menial labor. Saturday - we leave after the awards ceremony and embark on another 20 hour drive. Sigh...
