I protect The Genius because he said he was too lazy to have an ending at the end of the last game, as well as the fact that a discovered sassy would probably be facing a "death sentence."

A few minutes past noon. paleonaps95 being the lazy bum he is, has just gotten up and decided to take a walk. He has just steped outside when the maze closes around him and swallows him whole.
paleonaps95 is dead.
The clue was simple. It referred to the "naps" part of paleonaps95's name. Judging by the fact that this is also his nickname on most of the forums, this was a very easy clue.
next clue will be up at 7 am tomorrow.

I don't know... there were a lot more obvious targets than paleonaps, like thegenius, who actually said he was to lazy.
Either way, this person used paleonaps's old name, paleonaps95. Either this person has been around awhile, or (s)he is trying to trick us.

I don't know about that one, sassy...if that solution had occurred to me, I would have considered it quite a stretch.
Also, as far as identity, this assassinator posts in mornings/during the school day, which is a trait non-inclusive of most users...

It looks like the sassy's in Pacific Standard time, from the posts, which all refer to the posting time as 7 am. So my guess is that the sassy posts before school, since most schools start at eight-ish?

Well, it is tradition to kill naps first, that's actually been the theme of clues before

Its not that hard to post from school, there's this magical thing called a smartphone
Ok, bye now.

7 am. The streets are cold as the officers anxiously await the new clue. Frogger4907 and 5asdffdsa5 walk together thinking over the clues. foreverphysics haverstall and twototwenty sit under a tree discussing what to to do. A usually inconsipcuous bright green leaf float down and lands on foreverphysics's head. He reaches up and picks the leaf out from his hair and realizes that there are words written on it.

Some observations:
part c could be decoded into a string of text, and then put through a shift of 4, to reveal the target. However, putting it through a number cipher didn't yield anything, then a caesar didn't yield anything. Neither did base 64.
Putting C in hex yields"BE20362E3A7FA0000". I think we can ignore that.

I think part C can be split up into strings of three numbers:
Part C wrote:219 200 154 218 222 206 210
You all may decide whether or not to pursue this idea.

Is it just me or does it say we have until May 1st? I thought 2 days from April 30th would be May 2nd...unless April somehow suddenly has 31 days.
