Anyway, i dont think im going to be able to do this event this year I really liked it though since i like physics. The test was also wicked easy and short. I dont know how they graded it since there were only 3 stations and in total like 10 questions. I bet most teams got everything correct on the test

I'm not doing it because as you can see by my signature, i'm doing WAY to many events. I have found a guy on my team though that is good at waves so i'm going to let him do it instead. There are other events that need me more than crave the wave.
At the top I noted that there is no regional/state/national topics. All topics are fair game at any level of competition.

I love this event!

I studied so hard for this event last year. I did really bad in regionals, so I made a binder that had every bit of information you could ever learn about waves. Hundereds of pages of articles and formulas and theories. Everything you could find, except seismic waves. Guess what the states was all about?

I got 8th as well. I'm also not angry because my coach told me not to study for this event.. he only wanted participation points..
