Thats two questions 1st identify the flower and then name the flower that is very similar to the flower

Hope its not too late :D I believe it is yarrow, very similar to queens annes lace but QAL is web like while yarrow is clumped

Probably not. It's only for Texas so far. The event name is Texas Wildflowers.
