I agree, but it was far too long.

Haha, opening ceremonies... eventually we started playing 4-way rock, paper, scissors. But the demonstrations actually worked and the band was good! Any reason as to why it went half an hour or so overtime, though?

It started 20 minutes late, didn't it?

And the two guys at the end kept talking... and talking... and talking. I thought the rapture had come and that was part of it. I feel like, if they had made it a bit more concise, the awards wouldn't have gone that much over.

My mom was joking that the rapture had happened: people were floating into the sky, but we were inside testing all day so we didn't see. :P

Oh, did it? I don't really know.

We were late to awards; I think we were the last team to show up.

Haha. Well, I had lunch outside, but it was a bit rainy. Maybe the rain was just a disguise for the rapture! :P

The opening ceremonies were amazing, but the parade of states had a couple technical difficulties and name mispronunciations. During the closing ceremonies, there was a huuuuuuuuge gap between announcing 3rd-1st place...lots of introductions. It was a great time, the experiments were awesome and everyone looked great. Congratulations to both Solon B and C divisions, and everyone who made it to nationals!!

Also, at the swap meet, I walked in circles forever but still couldn't find the scioly.org table. Where was it, and was it successful?

There wasn't really a table, more like just a conglomeration of Scioly people.
