Re: Wind Power B/C
I know it's very late in the season, but I do have one question. Would it be permissible to bring two blade assemblies, each pre-assembled on different CDs? I hope to make a design that would require the test stand to be rotated 90°, but also think it'd be a good idea to bring a backup in case the design of the test stand available does not permit such rotation.

Re: Wind Power B/C
Hi everyone!
I am going to my state competition in a week to compete in wind power and I am wondering how many millivolts I should be generating? Like how many millivolts is good and how many is terrible? Help please!!!
Thanks!

Re: Wind Power B/C
Hey guys so js came back from State for Texas and uh, the stand they had was weird bc in the section b2 it states "Support stand(s) that allow for vertical and horizontal adjustments of the blade assembly", which made me think it was going to the able to be adjusted vertically. However at state, the stand they have only allowed for horizontal and rotational adjustment, no vertical, plus the stand was in a very basic position to the fan, being like at the very bottom of the fan?? Idk, it was weird. Everyone struggled on the physical portion bc of it and our team couldn't get to the max voltage bc of it. We spent around half a year designing a design that got to 1031mv max. Idk why they had a stand like that at state for all competitions!
