The rules do not say anything else, but you would have to show this to a judge at your competition, and it might be risky to whether they buy it.

Tweezers are only a third-class lever when they are being used as tweezers. In your example, they aren't.

TASK is determined by what it DOES, and absolutely NOT what it LOOKS LIKE.

Doesn't matter. A lever is a lever no matter its orientation.
