hey did you get the rules yet sweetcoop? We still have't received them yet. Even though we registered way before. oh and do you know how sumo bots is going to be run? i need to know from team organization stuff.

Yeah I have gotten the rules, Sumo bots will be tournament style with double elimination, the ring is 5 foot by 5 foot and you have 2 min to try to force the opponets bot out of the ring and if neither bot has been forced out of the ring by the end of the 2 min that the lighter bot will be victor. There may be more but I only have the first page of the rules available to me at the moment.

Word has come to me up here in the potato state that Poudre changed coaches this year. Anybody hear the same thing?

I have not heard anythng about that but I only hope your right even tho i bet they will still make it to state even if they changed coaches.

Believe its true - retirement.
Given the .....system he built up over the years, they will make State, and I'll bet they'll still be competitive for the Nationals slot... we'll see.

I'm the building events coach for FCHS. Parent, not a teacher. Both my boys went there; youngest graduated in May. Too much fun to quit.

Hey, I'll see you there. We got 5th in SS at Northern Rgls. Do you people from homeschool science think you can get to nationals?
