This Assasinator claims to be reforming but all they are actually doing is carry on the corruption and take it farther by not allowing officers to protect themselves and thus make it easier for the Assasinator to kill Police Officers.

i accuse gneissisnice beacuse he posted the new rule, chose the new assassinator, and pointed out the new account when rocketman made it
