it's kinda ambiguous, i guess. . . i read this as 'this assassinator isn't waiting for the other assassinator's deadline' but "fellow" could be fellow like 'hello people i am a fellow human'

By the way they are writing, I would honestly think that there would be one, but at this point, I'm not even sure.

But on the bright side, if they had electricity problems, would they be somewhere wherever there was a major storm since I know many people in the Northeast lost power. This could help with ID, but I'm not really sure yet. We'll have to find more ID clues later, but for now lets focus on protecting >:)
