It depends on your gearing really.
You could get the fastest possible motor but if you gear it wrong it would mean nothing.
I used sommat along these lines

Dude some things you are going to have to figure out on your own. 1.Because all of the things you have asked are variable from buggy to buggy
2. It is more beneficial for you to try different combinations
