Our team has our own trailer, so our coach and principle are driving up a day before.

I'm still worried about my trajectory machine though. Are there any quick-fix ways to keep my device safe without spending hours making a box? I don't want anythign to break or come loose (worst nightmare ever)

duct tape, solves any problem if you want things to stay together

Spare parts. You've got to have them. Use tape where necessary, then check when you get there to make sure nothing's broken. If there is something broken, fix it, and be extra careful before competition.

We were brave enough to not even bother padding our Trajectory. Though, Mission we built a hard core crate for :D.

Greyhound seems to have worked. Shipped Monday and confirmed it was in Urbana Tuesday night. We'll find out tomorrow if they survived!

Traveling by TSA is always a good solution. Especially for Mission Possible.
