You'll have to buy axles separately.Rossyspsce wrote: ↑October 10th, 2019, 8:45 pm does banebots sell the shafts for the hubs or do people just buy them from a hardware store?

I'm thinking drill press or you could just go up to T81s and get 1/4" hubs, since green T40s are currently out of stockMTV<=>Operator wrote: ↑October 14th, 2019, 8:55 am I have a question about Banebots as well. I plan on using 1/4" shafts, but Banebots only sells hubs that accommodate shafts up to 6 mm. On their website, it says that the 6 mm hubs can be modified for 1/4" shafts. Does anyone know how this would be done?
"Various tread durometers including soft 30 Shore A green tread, medium 40 Shore A orange tread and relatively hard 50 Shore A blue tread are available to provide a tradeoff between traction and wear. Many people like to get the harder, more ware resistant blue wheels for practice and use the softer, high traction green wheels for competition."
Had the same problem. I think tightening the set screw on a threaded rod is iffy. I filed a flat spot on the axle and haven't had a problem since.MTV<=>Operator wrote: ↑January 21st, 2020, 7:55 pm Has anyone had a problem with the banebots hubs eventually slipping off shafts even with the set screws tightened all the way? If so, what could be a good solution to this problem? Also, what causes this?
Also have had this problem. I’ll have to try this. As for what causes it, probably just vibration that loosens the screw.Airco2020 wrote: ↑January 21st, 2020, 8:55 pmHad the same problem. Ok. In that case, I will try using threadlock on the screws to hold them in place. (I'm actually using the hubs on an unthreaded aluminum shaft.)CPScienceDude wrote: ↑January 22nd, 2020, 4:59 amAlso have had this problem. I’ll have to try this.
