Actually, the issue has been resolved because 3 people who are going to DECA states can't do Science Olympiad (date conflicts for regional).
Nevertheless, thank you for the advice! Last year some people weren't motivated to attend the meetings because we didn't do much. The meetings were in classrooms to meet with our partners and discuss what we had to work on.
Also, I think not everyone had perfect attendance because we weren't close with each other.

2021: Chem Lab, Experimental Design, Protein Modeling
