In the linked Division C results for Northview, I can't help but to notice there's both a Troy Black and a Troy Red, but Wikipedia says Troy Michigan's school colors are black and silver. This sounds really silly of me to ask, but is this some sort of inside joke about a certain other Troy? Or simply coincidence due to some other reason?

Wikipedia may be outdated — the Troy H.S. website seems to have a black and red color scheme.

However, there's nothing to prove that the whole school didn't change their colors just to match the certain other Troy.

Yeah, I guess it's always possible that Troy (CA) really aspires to being more like Troy (MI) and changed accordingly
