In the 2020 rules for cheat sheets in the study events it says cheat sheets are with any information "from any source with out any annotations or labels" does this mean we can't write on our cheat sheets?

I believe it means you can't have things like sticky notes on it, but I could be wrong. You should clarify when the FAQ system rolls out.

My reading of that is that you can have one sheet of paper. It may contain information in any form and from any source (which means you can write on it, or the whole thing can be handwritten if you like) but you can't stick extra things on it.

So one bit of paper, no extra post-its, sticky labels, or other ways of trying to get extra writing surface.

Pretty peeved @ Chem Lab rules for aqueous solutions, tbh. Was also peeved @ acids and bases last year, but the aqueous solution rules are worse. So incredibly vague.

And seriously, concentration unit conversions as a States and Nationals topic??????? Why? I understand buffers as a States and Nationals topic, because buffers can be confusion, but unit conversions??
Div D! I really like chem, oceanography, and nail polish--not in that order.

I think the operant word was omitted from your quote: "without any annotations or labels affixed." You can't, for example, affix a sticky note to your notesheet with additional information or annotations. Anything on the sheet itself should be fine.
