- No offense, but this is kind of a last resort considering that they don't generally do outstandingly at nats. Their states score was admirable but I doubt they'll be able to beat the above teams.
Thoughts, anyone?
This year will actually be Raymond Park's very first year ever attending Nationals. While they do have a mountain to climb, seeing as it is their very first time going, I don't think they are to be underestimated necessarily.
Oh hmm I thought that they'd gone before. Well, yeah I guess I shouldn't underestimate them or Harlan Rowe just because of lack of experience, but at the same time it's almost guaranteed that Marie Murphy/Eagle Hill/Lakeshore will do better.

I'm assuming they meant Desginer Genes? Doesn't really seem like an award they would give Divison B competitors.

Ladue Middle School? We average around 13-15th and we didn't make it last year.

Oh yeah! I forgot about you guys and the high school (it's not on the list in the first post AHEM lumosityfan). I'd put you above Lakeshore, and Pembroke above Bothell.

Pembroke Hill HS qualified for nationals last year, so they wouldn't be on the list.

Oh ksjdksjdk right okay. Today is going gReAt. Also according to someone else, I've been super underestimating Lakeshore? So I guess I'll put them equal to Marie Murphy... still on the fence.

How good usually is MI team #2? I know Northview does well, but I don't know enough about Pioneer to know if they're contenders for this award.

Harlan Rowe would probably qualify for the award

They do qualify but the problem is that Marie Murphy, Lakeshore, Eagle Hill, and Ladue are all very strong and experienced teams that have gone to nats and placed top 15 almost every time. So it is a possibility that Harlan Rowe gets this, but based on their lack of experience and the fact that there are more qualified teams in the running, I doubt they will.
