How do you know? It's not on moscioly.org yet...
My coach told us that that's when it was. I believe she's been in contact with whoever's organizing the tournament, I'm not sure why it's not on moscioly.org.

It's not on moscioly.org but the region 7 website does indeed say the 23rd (https://k12science.missouristate.edu/olympiad/)

Is there a way to check if there are 1 or 2 teams going to nationals?

They're posting national team numbers around April 1st according to the soinc website, so I would imagine around that time we'll know how many bids to nationals each state gets.

I would be surprised if MO got two bids in Div B. As for Div C, there's next to no chance of MO getting two bids there.

And if Vermont gets a B bid, then MO is single-bidded for sure.

Are the number of teams in Vermont increasing? If they are, then Missouri is going to get single-bid.

As long as Vermont and DC exist, MO is not going to get 2 bids. Every state is guaranteed at least one bid, no matter the size. I think VT C had < 10 teams last year.

If anyone has results from regions 1, 2, 3, or 5 and would like to share, it'd be greatly appreciated (region 3 is a powerful region scioly-wise)

Due to an untimely power outage, Region VII scores will be posted online soon. Nobody got medals, they'll be sent out later.

Edit with specifics: There was a fire on campus, resulting in power loss to basically every building. Scores should be out by Monday, but nobody knows specifics. They should be posted on the usual Missouri State University website, though. Just keep refreshing (-:
