Alright, so it looks like Mason has dropped a bit, although not massively - if they make Nationals I would place them in the 6th-8th range. Solon looks about the same as last year, perhaps very slightly weaker, although it's hard to say for sure. Mentor seems slightly stronger this year.nicholasmaurer wrote:Final results from the Sylvania Northview Invitational for Division B and Division C.
I would caution that (reportedly) Mason brought predominantly underclassman to Northview. I was also told that more than half of Solon's team this weekend were brand new this year, which I believe is generally their approach every year. I didn't hear anything one way or another about Mentor. But if that information is true, it will be hard to project these results forward.Unome wrote:Alright, so it looks like Mason has dropped a bit, although not massively - if they make Nationals I would place them in the 6th-8th range. I generally don't judge Solon until their third tournament, since that seems to be about when they plateau out. If that's true of Mason, it's quite impressive.uictoria1 wrote:I would caution that (reportedly) Mason brought predominantly underclassman to Northview. Predictions?
Whoa, both of Mentor and Mason's teams tied lol. Why did Mason White win over Mentor 2?nicholasmaurer wrote:2019 Northmont Division C results overview:

I couldn't tell you. They don't seem to have followed the conventional tie-breakers of most golds, most silvers, etc.builderguy135 wrote:Whoa, both of Mentor and Mason's teams tied lol. Why did Mason White win over Mentor 2?nicholasmaurer wrote:2019 Northmont Division C results overview:
