Primarily, aside from scioly, I used to do quizbowl and astronomy club (they were both kinda weak at my school, but I did it anyway). I also visited matheletes often just because a lot of friends were in it. Yes, participated at tournaments, but I didn't spend any time prepping or anything.

Technically I was involved with FTC (because we couldn't do FRC), but my school ran it as a class when I was around. We weren't the best or worst team, but at the end of the year we couldn't even get to the competition >.<.

Mostly I just tried to do a variety of the STEM clubs. Of course, things have changed by now in college, but there's still astro club and scioly volunteering;).

Also, a lot of you really need to get outside sometimes.

Back in my day (which wasn't that long ago), I did probably too many things XD but I did symphony orchestra, school newspaper (editor), cross country, freshman peer mentors, and NHS (only senior year bc at my school, that's the only year that students are eligible to join). I was also in the Indianapolis Children's Choir up until freshman year of high school (since that's when you graduate from the program), and I always wanted to play in the pit orchestra for the school musical but my years didn't really have ones that were good for violins

In college, outside of being involved in the Science Olympiad club where we run one of our state's regional tournaments, primarily, I still play in the college orchestra if I have room in my schedule for it (and I play in a chamber group on semesters that I don't) and work a part-time job. There are others I have in mind to join but haven't yet.
