Re: Scores
Nice Job! It looked like one of the Mira Loma teams might have been closer than your car, but maybe slightly slower.Aristotle wrote:Our team got 3rd place at Mira Loma with a score of 15.15. Time was around 7.3 seconds and distance was 3.9 cm for 2.5 meters.

Re: Scores
Score would have been 8 with distance being 3m and 1 cm off but due to the event we didnt get to run it.

Re: Scores
I assisted at the East side Invitational in Michigan over the weekend, I don't have the exact scores, but here is what I remember:
1. 14.xx - 2.4 cm from target
2. 15.xx - 2.5 cm from target
3. 18.xx - 2.8 cm from target
4. 20.xx - 4.6 cm from target
Top teams were in the 10-11 sec range, fastest was 8.xx, but not accurate.

Re: Scores
are the scores from bot trials averaged or added? if the latter, then one trial is taking ~5secs??? just asking bc they added our two trial scores at the last invite

Re: Scores
Typically, vehicle events will take the better of the two scores and use the other run score as one of the tiebreakers (it's probably the same this year, but I haven't checked). Regardless, this can be easily answered by looking at the the rules - typically it's in section 6 for builds.rafaelnadal wrote:are the scores from bot trials averaged or added? if the latter, then one trial is taking ~5secs??? just asking bc they added our two trial scores at the last invite
