Is it pretty much a guarentee that Thomas Jefferson and Munster represent Indiana? Why doesn't Indiana have two teams go anymore?

It is pretty much a guarentee that TJ represents Indiana, but it's close in Division C between Munster and Carmel.

So the states that send two teams to nats are determined by how many Division B and C teams each state has registered. Indiana used to have one of the Top 12 Division C registrations but now does not. That's why Indiana doesn't have two teams go anymore.

In addition, there are more states that send a participating team to nationals, thus leaving less sports for states to send two teams (since the total number of teams at nationals has remained at 60).

I don't think it's a guarantee.
