As a fellow board administrator, I give you permission to talk as much trash as you want to East about Philadelphia sports teams. (I strongly recommend mocking the Flyers as much as possible.)ashmmohan wrote: My bad dude, did not mean to trash you...in fact I am a huge Heat fan even though they are doing bad this season. The thing is, nobody expected them to even be competitive this year. The fact that they are hanging with teams like the Rockets and are on pace for 30+ wins is an amazing step in The Process. Given that Ben Simmons has yet to play a game, and the fact that the Sixers have the Lakers' first round pick and the right to swap picks with the Kings, they are in very good shape for the future. The excitement about the team is not really about this year, nor has it really ever been. It's all about The Process.ashmmohan wrote:The Sixers are 12th in the East..they don't have too much hope of making it to the playoffs. However, I will admit that Embiid has done some pretty great things this year. That being said, they will need more than just him to have a good playoff run.
I agree with you..they are doing 10 times better than they have in the past couple years. When Simmons comes back, though, I expect them to be much more competitive..especially with the Simmons Embiid duo.EastStroudsburg13 wrote:The thing is, nobody expected them to even be competitive this year.
