I checked the wikis recent changes, and I saw fmtiger had put a change into the Assassinator page. Believe it or not, I actually prayed that he would reveal the assassinator

Anyways, the victim is either:

a. French Toast, for sisomg11's reasons
b. Russian?

This clue seems far too simple after robodude's clues, I feel I'm missing something...

Ok, so I searched up "russian" on the forums and got a couple of (possibly) relevant hits:
~I played a piece recently called "Russian Sailors' Dance".
~SeigeLord is Russian (but he's a mod, so never mind)
~robotman used Russian as part of a clue in #17
~sweetcoop apparently knows some Russian

My first reaction was sweetcoop, for various reasons, but I also don't want to risk losing an officer this early in the game.
