How long have you been in/involved with SO?

For anything Science Olympiad-related that might not fall under a specific event or competition.

This is my 7th and last year, 6th competing.

Div C is not so different from Div B. It's really the idea of going from top dog 8th graders to underling freshman minions that's jarring for a lot of people. Expect to work hard to make yourself seem worthwhile enough to get a spot on the team, I guess.

My brother started SO in 2001, so I've been involved in SO for roughly seven years. I'll probably be involved for a lot longer than the average student because I'm the webmaster for our team and I'll probably be doing their updates till the end of time... :)

unless of course you wait until your a sophomore to move up to C, or your on a team that doesn't have a lot of people so grade doesn't really matter

ok cool my goal this year is to get a medal in C it seems HARD like the master builder who got at least 5 medals last year moved up to C and he got no medals AT ALL so that my goal but to be honest he did all tech events and that seems really though FOSSILS!!!

Yes that is alot we had 18 8th graders on the team this year and now they're all 9th graders. We had two teams this year and both of them were made up of a mostly of eighth graders. Now we have a problem for next year cause we have to get so many new people. :(
That's pretty tough.

I HOPE this is the second year, but i don't know if i'll make it to varsity this year. There were 20+ freshmen last year, and 2 spots for sophomore this year.

I really hope to Health Science this year, but the other 2 upperclassmen are really good. I don't know if i'll make it this year. Otherwise, I think Elevated Bridge sound really interesting
