audibon it is then!!!
well i was planing on makeing my own manual [audonbon is nice but its hard to find the info if your in a panic(which i am in the whole event) yeah so the binder im planning on makeing is like audobon (acually i just takeing the info and paraphraseing it and putting it in a much more readable format) yeah] any reasons i shouldnt do this?

The only reason not to do it is that making a very good binder is very time consuming. In my opinion however it's worth it.
Events: Herpetology, Fossils, Entomology, Rocks & Minerals, Ornithology, Ecology
Nationals 2008: 1st in Herpetology
Nationals 2009: 1st in Herpetology, 2nd in Fossils

well anyone that know me fairly well knows that im compleatly obessive with my events *looking at my 2000 card word set for science word/picture this*

Yeah, obsessiveness is fine, even if science olympiad takes over your life. I mean at my school science olympiad is a lifestyle lol.

hmmm i debateing weather or not to have a page specifcally for the ALL the levels (kingdom, phyllum, ect)

Well you should atleast have information on larger taxon groups that contain multiple taxon on the list. It might not have to be a full page, but a little general info is definitely a good idea.

You don't need one for kingdom (hopefully, you'll know the difference between plants and animals), but its not a bad idea to have some information about each phylum or class.
2009 events:
Fossils: 1st @ reg. 3rd @ states (stupid dinosaurs...) 5th @ nats.
Dynamic: 1st @ reg. 19thish @ states, 18th @ nats
Herpetology (NOT the study of herpes): NA
Enviro Chem: 39th @ states =(
Cell Bio: 9th @ reg. 18th @ nats
Remote: 6th @ states 3rd @ Nats
Ecology: 5th @ Nats

I mean if you see any information that you don't already know, and you think will be useful, put it in you binder.

NOOO Rocks is gone...I loved that event =[!!!
O well, Fossils covers some rocks stuff...and requires the same identification skills!
