Heya!
What do you mean by template? I'm assuming you mean the Design Log template, correct?
If so, your profile says that you're Division B, which means you don't need a log(logs are optional for Div. B). However, if you still want to make one, the template is at the end of the rules for Division C Towers.

I mean the template for the basic design of the tower for the beginners mentioned in the video posted. This is the drawing of the tower with correct dimensions to start with. Thank you

What my team did for bridges last year was we 3d printed a template for our bridge to help keep it upright while we were gluing and putting on cross sections. I know that that was for bridges but I believe a similar template design will be what we use for towers this year.
