Someone tell me if this question is a little silly.
How many carbon atoms away is voyager two (based on the august 2023 estimate of 20 billion kilometers)?
replies may be slow
wishful thinking brings me to stare at the wonders of trees for hours upon hours

I don't know what voyager two is, and looked it up, so this is probably gonna be a dumb answer, but 6

Voyager two is one of the two farthest manmade objects from Earth launched in 1977.
The answer is incorrect.
Also, did you mean to add a question? I'm not sure if I should add the answer for my question here or wait for a question first.

Ohh I get the question now. 32? Also we say if the guess is 1 or 2 off?

Also I responded to the Ecology but I didn't remember to quote you.

I'm not sure it's very well defined. But the bond length in carbon allotropes is roughly 1.5 Å, so if you intend us to line up a chain of carbon atoms between here and Voyager 2, then I'd say the answer was 23. If you want me to guess at the density of carbon atoms in the actual space between here and Voyager 2, I'd probably guess that the amount of carbon on a straight line between us and Voyager II was likely dominated by the earth, in which case it strongly depends on where you are, and what time of day it is.
