Agriscience is a trial event for Division B/C and might not be run at all tournaments. Check with your tournament to see if it will be run.

The rules don't say anything about it being completely handwritten. I'd argue they're encouraging you to print out and include pictures/text since they state that you're required to include at least 3 pictures of the competitors working with the plants.
