Temperature

Post by louispate »

Just a quick clarifying question, will the temperature vary from solution to solution? I'd imagine not, since the design doesn't imply any form of thermometer, but it does change the conductivity drastically, even with a 1 degree Celsius change.

My experience of these kinds of events is that they're often run by people who don't understand that temperature is relevant. They might use hot water to make up the solutions, or they might use cold water, or maybe even room temperature water. And then they'll leave them in big jugs at the side of the room so they will gradually reach room temperature during the course of the day.

Realistically, plan for room temperature water, and hope it's not too far off.
