It really irks me how many people have 20+ tabs open on their browser.

I personally see it as a flex bc it differentiates from the plebs who have only ~4GB of RAM. :P

Also, having 20+ tabs is basically a major project/essay/error search on Stack Overflow that can't be resolved type of a mood.

Google chrome has this thing where u can left click on a tab and create a tab group. You can color code it and title them too, like "homework" or whatever, and you just add all the tabs in that category into that group. Then you can minimize the group- so u can see the title with a color coded box around it. I personally think it's very useful, but my school chrome book has 4GB of ram, so I can't go into millions of tabs. When I have a bunch of tabs opened, it distracts me and makes me really uncomfortable and anxious, because it isn't organized :o( So I only have tabs open that have to do with what I'm doing at a given time.
also some people can't afford more than 4GB of ram. I don't think that it's their fault :o( don't flex on them

Same thing here, how? I open a lot of tabs, but I preferentially close out as many as I can, whenever I can... usually I cap myself around a dozen tab opens at once, and no more, because after that, they become too small for me to read the title of each tab. If needed, I mainly save a few as PDFs or URLs and make a note to look at them some later time, or I just open a new window. My brain will panic if I have too many tabs to read haha

exactly lol. my tab titles get so short i can't really tell what is in each one when i get too many tabs open...

I use multiple windows on a computer, and "smart" phones don't squish tabs, so I just remember about where they are in the stack and scroll to there.
