Sorry for the delay. I am a bit unhealthy at the moment. The game will go on after a brief pause.
The rule states:
12.If the reaper does not post in 72 hours, an extra accusation point will be given to one officer.
This means that you get one accusation point after 72 hours, not one every 72 hours that I am late. Is the accusation final?

If, my interpretation of Rule 12 is correct, y'all should now have two free accusations. Also,I believe that there is only the one Reaper. If there were multiple, surely one would've picked up the slack by now...

The sassy clarified above that only one free accusation was given regardless of how long the delay was.
