Nobody on the forums as far as I know is from Lebanon. I'm probably the closest person to there, but even then it's not particularly close (it's about an hour away).

I get the feeling that the IP is part of an ongoing ID clue and the 2^16 is the kill clue for this round

Would be really hard to for it to be the zip unless the sassy started with that number and found a user that lived close to it.
Sassy is "headed to a place near them." The clue also omits apostrophes.

If we get no leads jaspattack or other Missourians might be a decent guess.

Also with giving the wolfram alpha link sassy basically admitted IPs are related to something, either kill or ID. Or it's a red herring, but doesn't seem that likely.

The IP was actually 45.58.9.25, it looks like it's from Portland, Oregon
