Trust in Personality Types

How much do you trust personality type tests?
Do you treat them as valid psychological theory, or as something like Zodiac signs - interesting, but ultimately not factually backed?
This is on a scale of 1-10, 1 being "They're fun, but aren't factually backed", 5 being "They're true to some extent, but don't take them too far", and 10 being " They're valuable pieces of psychology that everyone should know"
