No offense, but Windows 7 is the best thing Microsoft's come out with in 19 years, and I happen to like that mouse. Granted, that particular computer does need scrapped, but it's all we've got for that place since the laptop was stolen. A 32-bit, just under 2 GB ram, a extremely pitiful Celeron D, and something like a 20 GB hard drive computer running Windows 7 is not fun to work with... If I could find the disks necessary for XP, I'd put it on there. As it stands, I've only got Windows 95 and NT Server 4.0 SP 6 disks, and a 128 GB hard drive with XP 64-bit on it.
