Oh wow. I didn't even click on that (best policy for rickroll avoidance) until T2Do pointed it out, and sure enough it's a rickroll but with the redirect url to the wiki images.

For some time before official Science Olympiad rules made it online and when users would occasionally ask for uploaded copies of rules, scioly.org/rules included an embedded rickroll video. Now it links to site policies, rules, etc.: scioly.org/rules.
