Attaching tube to rocket body
Was wondering if anyone has a good way to attach the fluorescent light tubing to the rocket body?

Re: Attaching tube to rocket body
Cut off the top of another bottle and slide it on the pressure bottle. Then you can slide on the tube over the nozzle of the cut off bottle. If it is loose, wrap some tape around the nozzle to make it thicker so the tube slides on.Oldbulldog wrote: ↑February 5th, 2020, 11:52 am Was wondering if anyone has a good way to attach the fluorescent light tubing to the rocket body?

Re: Attaching tube to rocket body
Is it not recommended to tape the tube to the nozzle? Bc rt now we are taping the tube to the nose cone using duct tape.. Should we take out the tape?lavarball wrote: ↑February 5th, 2020, 12:01 pmCut off the top of another bottle and slide it on the pressure bottle. Re: Attaching tube to rocket body
I recommend simply hotglueing the tube to your nosecone nozzle. (Note that the glue is allowed because it is not directly on the pressure vessel)
