bruh obviously not
It looks like they were.
The last invite harriton went to was conestoga (correct me if i'm wrong). At BAVF, their score was 255 compared to our 137 (we were unstacked but obviously a little skewed to one team, they brought their freshmen). This isn't a great way of calculating it but their score was about 1.86x ours.

At mit, harriton had a score of 524 while we had 241, which is 2.17x ours. Considering we were more stacked at mit than at connie, and also harriton was dqed in an event, the ratios seem about the same.

I know that Harriton traditionally stacks MIT but who knows ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I could be wrong about all of this but it seems like to me that Harriton at least didn't completely stack MIT. It seems hard to believe that the 3rd place school at nationals would drop 11 places at MIT in just one year.

Harriton has historically placed top 3 at past MIT invitationals with similar competitiveness. Placing 11th last year was already low, but 22nd this year is extremely low. They were where I would expect a 30th place Nationals team to place.

I was surprised by their performance both this and last year at MIT, but they still came back at Nationals to take 3rd. It does seem more likely that this year that they aren't as dominant as they have been in years past (I wouldn't mind that), but I certainly would not count them out.

I agree. At the very least, we'll have to see how regionals goes.

Tbh sepa regionals doesn’t mean anything. Those teams improve like crazy all at different rates. Harriton bombed mission and lost to LM, then had their worst state score in 3 years (still insane) and still was within 1 point of solon at nats, as usual. Also, aren’t they split from Rustin, Conestoga, and Penncrest at regs this year?

They are; they are with LM and a couple other schools in their own region.

If anyone has the results/standings from MC Barons tournament, please send them. We had to leave a little early and were not able to attend awards :(

Final Super Scores from MC Barons today:
1st: Lower Merion: 108
2nd: Northwestern Lehigh: 121
3rd: Garnet Valley: 124
4th: Conestoga: 143

Lower Merion actually placed 3rd without the super score with Northwestern Lehigh placing 1st, and Garnet Valley 2nd. Can’t wait to hear what EastStroudsberg has to say about these scores.

Bayard Rustin 4th and Cumberland Valley 7th at Solon, though with quite similar scores.
