agreed, does anyone know the pre-trim before comp/pre-launch before comp details (when teams are allowed to test in the locations before the competitions)?JonB wrote: ↑January 9th, 2020, 3:46 pmI cannot remember MIT ever using either of those gyms. They both look like good choices!Unome wrote: ↑January 9th, 2020, 3:41 pmNice, they got gyms. As I recall they haven't had these locations in the past, right?JonB wrote: ↑January 9th, 2020, 3:22 pm Locations for some events are now posted at https://scioly.mit.edu/event-info
Ping Pong Parachute is going to be amazing in that gym (albeit tough to prepare for!!).

it's not about the medals; go out there and have fun. make progress, learn a few things and have one heck of a time; that's all that matters.

1-4: predicting off of nationals last year
5-8: in the ancient days when Texas sent two teams to nationals, they still managed to whomp New Jersey. I'm predicting the same here, although any of the Texas teams could definitely switch ranks as Texas teams are usually really close. They could also place higher than a team from 2-4
9-10: New Trier is looking weaker this year, and I've heard Acton-Boxborough has suffered more from bad luck than from bad performance at last year. However, (1) what I hear may be inaccurate and (2) I also haven't really seen Acton in action yet this season with other top teams. Both are excellent teams nonetheless
PS: no more Troy B on the list of team numbers
