Re: Science Olympiad at MIT Invitational 2020
Predictions:
1.) Troy
2.) Solon A
3.) Mason A
4.) Harriton
5.) Solon B
6.) Acton Boxborough A
7.) Boca Raton A
8.) New Trier
9.) Seven Lakes A
10.) WWPN A
I'm not as connected with what goes on internally among these teams throughout the season as I used to be, so it is unlikely these are going to be very accurate, but figured I'd start it off. Certainly a TON of very competitive teams.

Re: Science Olympiad at MIT Invitational 2020
Not sure about this year, but last year, Wright Stuff was in La Sala de Puerto Rico. Lots of stuff dangling from the ceiling for planes to hit; A room I'd definitely suggest lowering launch torque inNano1llus10n wrote: ↑December 29th, 2019, 2:39 pm Does anyone know what the room specs are for events like Wright stuff and Ping Pong Parachute?

Locations for some events are now posted at https://scioly.mit.edu/event-info
Ping Pong Parachute is going to be amazing in that gym (albeit tough to prepare for!!).

Nice, they got gyms. As I recall they haven't had these locations in the past, right?JonB wrote: ↑January 9th, 2020, 3:22 pm Locations for some events are now posted at https://scioly.mit.edu/event-info

Re: Science Olympiad at MIT Invitational 2020
I cannot remember MIT ever using either of those gyms. They both look like good choices!Unome wrote: ↑January 9th, 2020, 3:41 pmNice, they got gyms.
