Also before this becomes an issue. Per Time Law 9 should I correctly eliminate my target they may only post the name of who they suspect is either Dr Nemesis or an agent of the Shadow Legion. Not both. Also they may only make such post if the Time Law Enforcers correctly protect my next victim. Until then they will be lost in time and be unable to roam this realm. (AKA They dead. And dead people tell no tales.)

Kennedy's NorCal rivals are Churchill, but to my knowledge, there's nobody from Churchill on here who competes in sassy games. Their SoCal rival would technically be Kraemer, which would point to Umaroth. He was fairly active in the last game. The rival could also be Solon, who placed 2nd at nats. I think that would point to lindsmaurer, another active person in the last game. I'll take my protects and protect lindsmaurer and Umaroth.

The Kennedy part makes sense because I mentioned in last year's nats rivalry thread that I wanted to beat Kennedy in all my events because they usually beat me, but I don't really see where genocide and Super Smash Bros connects to me since I don't play video games and I've never mentioned genocide.

In retrospect I poorly worded the protection rule. Anyone who wishes to correct their protection may do so. Remember one cast it may not be changed. If necessary I will give a 24 hour extension if this causes issues amongst the enforcers.
