Is there a height limit?
Is there a height limit for the rocket because the rules don't specify any.

It would be difficult to measure and enforce such a rule. The celing rule is essentially limiting the height of the rocket, because you would certainly be destroyed by a tier. The reason it isn't mentioned in the rules is because every facility is different.

Thank you for the advice. But is there a set hight limit for the rocket itself like for the other build events.

I know I'm late to this but I wouldn't recommend trying to build a super tall rocket like "bottle rocket" did, I tried it and it weighs it down.
