How do I motivate my team?

For anything Science Olympiad-related that might not fall under a specific event or competition.

To be honest, my team is motivated by winning, but I have to stress that it's essential that everyone understands their role in the team: there are some people that are essential to designing, building, or organizing, but everyone understands how important they are to the team (i.e without them we don't have a chance at state)
