I would argue that it could be referring to gorbechev, since he was the leader of the USSR when it fellpepperonipi wrote: ↑September 9th, 2019, 6:08 pmI bet it's referring to Stalin, the prime example of a leader of the Soviet Union. Doing a quick search of "Stalin" yeilds a lot of posts in the Politics forum by TheChiScientist, so maybe he is being targeted? He doesn't seem too active in this thread, though.TheCrazyChemist wrote: ↑September 9th, 2019, 4:37 pmHuh, not much to work with here. Perhaps it's referring to Stalin, because of the purge and everything. Anyways, I protect DatSciolyBoi because his sig/profile says something about reinstating communism.

It also could refer to someone who went down in history. But I don't believe anyone here is too famous besides lumosityfan, who was sassy last game.Creationist127 wrote: ↑September 10th, 2019, 6:38 amPossibly refers to a gravestone, or Fossils, or Rocks and MineralsTheMysteriousMapMan wrote: ↑September 10th, 2019, 6:16 am I'll protect OpticsNerd, per TCS's reasoning.
Also, new sig: Stone postmortem. This could either refer to someone who was stoned after his death (or possibly to death, or it could be a Latin question: Stone postmortem? which translates to "Am I not standing after death?" which seems more unlikely.

Re: Scioly Assassination 142: Town of Sciolyville
It was a Thursday night and all the townspeople were gathered for the annual harvest feast. sciolyperson1 got up to make a toast, but suddenly, there was a whistling noise and he slumped over. An investigation ensued, in which an arrow was found in his back and this note under his plate:
Note wrote: If you're good at something, never do it for free.
Get busy living or get busy dying.
Did you do it? [Yes] What did it cost? [Everything]
You shall not pass.
My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die
I am the one who is willing to do what it takes to seize my moment, whatever it takes.

Anyway, these seem to be movie quotes. Let's see...
Joker, The Dark Knight
Andy Dufrense and Red Redding, The Shawshank Redemption
Gamora (and Thanos), Avengers: Infinity War
Gandalf, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
Ernesto de la Cruz, Coco
I guess I'll do the obvious and protect jaggie34, due to the acrostic formed by the characters' names.
2018: Hovercraft, Thermo, Coaster, Solar System
2019: Thermo, Circuit Lab, Sounds, Wright Stuff
2020: Circuit Lab, Wright Stuff, Machines
2021: Circuit Lab, Machines, WIDI, anything but Wright Stuff
Can I request that we delete 2020 from our memories and do it over again?

Oh, that's probably targeting me. Recall my quote from sassy 134: "My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. prepare to die. Idk if I used "you shall not pass" in my game, but I'm a LOTR fan, too. Also well-known that I'm an Avengers fan. If it's not targeting me, I'd be quite surprised.
I haven't really followed this game, but note that while Creationist has been active in many many sassy games, yet has not yet been chosen to be an Assasinator. His prof pic evidently says that he is a Pokemon fan, and while I know he is good at solving clues it seems that he got the sassy's clue too easily and quickly this time. I wouldn't have made the connection to the specific characters saying the movie quotes, and what if I decided to put the movie title first. Then there'd be no acronym for jaggie. Overall just makes sense that he is the assassinator. Sorry Creationist if I'm overthinking it and proposing to accuse on this little information.
