Scioly Assassination 142: Town of Sciolyville

Late 17th Century, Sciolyville, Massachusetts
All is calm in the town of Sciolyville. Most of the residents live simple lives and spend most of their time farming. But lurking among them, is an assassinator...

1. There will be five officers determined by the first 5 people to express interest. However, if you're newer or haven't been around in awhile, it's less likely that you'll be able to identify me.
2. Anyone may participate. This includes the last assassinator and person who chose me as the assassinator as well, but they can only help with kill clues.
3. Officers may either protect a person or accuse a person after each clue.
4. Officers may change whether to protect or accuse and who to do it to.
5. An officer may make up to 3 incorrect accusations before being killed.
6. The Assassinator will provide clues which plainly point to their next victim.
7. When accusing someone of being the Assassinator you must use the following template: "I accuse (name) because (reason)". If you don't use this template when accusing the accusation will not count.
8. Once "killed," a user will become a ghost and may not participate in the game in any way, shape, or form.
9. Non-officers may post.
10. Should an officer quit or be killed, their replacement will be the next person to PM me when that occurs.
11. Each clue will last 48 hours, after which the Assassinator will kill their chosen victim.
12. If the Assassinator does not reply in 7 days after all protects are made, each officer gets a free accusation.
13. Each officer begins with 1 accusation. You will earn an accusation with each correct protection.
14. The Assassinator wins after 12 kills have been made.
15. The Assassinator reserves the right to add to and edit these rules as they deems necessary.

According to their sig, if they are geographical coordinates, they are located in Chesapeake Bay near Tangier Island. Doesn't look like it's the location of any notable underwater things either. No idea about the clue, though.

There was a Lifetime movie called "Lost Holiday", which took place in Idaho; so maybe the clue is targeting Tailsfan? Idk what the sig could be if it weren't coordinates.

It might be some word or words that is/are associated with "lost", "movie", and "holiday". Like those brain teaser things, tribonds? The only thing I can think of is Independence Day, which is a holiday and a movie...
